Moving the image
There are a number of operations you can perform on your image to transform it in various ways. We'll cover some of the most important in this section.
 

You can reposition an image on the screen with the Move tool, located at the upper right-hand corner of the Tool palette. To move a layer, make sure it is active (highlighted in blue). Then, select the Move tool from the Tool Palette, place it on the image, click-and-hold and move the layer around. When you are finished, release the mouse.
